At Cravzo, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food every time. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
No Returns Policy
All food items sold on Cravzo are non-returnable. Once delivered, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
Refund Eligibility
We understand that issues can occur during delivery. Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The order is damaged, spilled, or tampered with during transit
- The item delivered is incorrect or missing
- The food quality is significantly compromised
Proof Requirement
To request a refund, customers must provide valid proof, including:
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Proof must be submitted within 30 minutes of delivery
Refund Conditions
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The issue is verified by the Cravzo team
- The complaint is genuine and meets our policy criteria
- The request is raised within the allowed time frame
Cravzo reserves the right to reject refund requests if the proof is insufficient or the claim does not meet the above conditions.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider
Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, taste preferences, or delays caused by external factors
- Minor packaging issues that do not affect food quality may not qualify for refunds
