  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees

  • Cravzo currently delivers within selected serviceable locations
  • Availability may vary based on:
    • Distance from partner restaurants
    • Delivery partner availability

If your location is outside our service area, you may not be able to place an order.

4. Delivery Charges

    • Ongoing offers or promotions
  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before checkout

5. Order Tracking

  • You can track your order in real-time through the Cravzo app
  • You will receive updates on:
    • Order confirmation
    • Preparation status
    • Out for delivery

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure you are available at the delivery location
  • If the delivery partner is unable to reach you:
    • Multiple contact attempts may be made
    • Failure to respond may result in order cancellation without refund

While we aim for fast delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic issues
  • Unexpected operational challenges

Cravzo is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we always strive to minimize them.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Incorrect

Please report the issue within 30 minutes of delivery with photo/video proof via the app or support.

Refunds will be processed based on our Return & Refund Policy.
